Salted Pretzel Caramel Brownies

I first had these brownies at Camp Boggy Creek when my co counselor graciously shared the pan her mom sent up for her. EASIEST brownies to make ever and such a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

  • boxed brownie mix
  • eggs
  • oil
  • pretzels
  • caramel spread (I used Dulce de Leche)
  • sea salt

Mix together the brownie mix as directed on the package. Grease a square pan and spread about half the brownie mix on it. Put two layers of pretzels on the batter and then cover with the remaining brownie mixture. Bake as directed on the box. After the brownies are done, spread a caramel spread on it and top with flakes of sea salt!
